Integrated Vision Inc (the founding design company) has put together 3D Agile Inc and Operation American Agility as two core elements to accomplish a challenging task. As outlined on this website, this is a task that many see as critical to breaking through barriers and advancing the supporting protection and power of our foot soldier, those we are counting on to win today’s fight.
Uniquely, the base for this program, the Jake™, originated in Integrated Vision’s efforts in developing a breakthrough for the wheelchair and disabled community. Integrated Vision is committed to this original mission and thus, 3D Agile Inc and Operation American Agility are contractually held to passing any contributions, and technologies gained with the Jake™ program, on later to a non-profit utilizing the Jake™ in serving the wounded and disabled veteran.
Of necessity to 3D Agile Inc’s teaming and partnering with defense technology companies and achieving other necessary capital for production of the transformational military Jake™, its distribution and success, All contributions to the campaign of American Agility are recorded and shall be available for audit by accredited organizations serving our disabled veterans.
The finances, distribution of funds, and assignments of work and contracted support shall be accounted and reported by a reputable accounting firm outside of the companies participating in this program. Included in the use of funds shall be 15% of available cash disbursement to Integrated Vision Inc. for pay down of existing debts incurred in the development and support of the program so that these debts do not limit forward movement in any way (if other path for funds from 3D Agile occur to meet obligations and accomplish this, the 15% disbursement will not be taken). Otherwise, all funds shall be applied to aggressive forward movement in communication of this crucial issue surrounding the protection and power of today’s foot soldier and development of the program outlined on this website with an agile and cost effective team of people, suppliers and partners.
As noted above, Integrated Vision Inc. is the parent company and founder of 3D Agile Inc. and Operation American Agility. Integrated Vision funded and provided the 7-year effort of innovative development with our Special Forces and our soldiers and Marines, evolving concepts and definitions, positioning with our military organizations, through to the realization of the present large opportunity available to America. In the establishment of 3D Agile Inc., Integrated Vision retains technology rights for the disability community markets, protecting such from being restricted by later sale of the 3D Agile Inc defense and homeland security company. 3D Agile Inc. is intended to be an agile incubator of the program for a period of 2-3 years for the purpose of achieving what a larger company would not take risks to do, and in manner most interactive with our soldiers and Marines.
This program has as its strategy the future sale of 3D Agility Inc. to a leading defense technology contractor (after equipment and tactical definition and major innovation incubation). At the sale or time of steady profit of the corporation, the accounted contributions from the public, either private or group contributions, shall be paid out, at the highest rate of payout possible, to the Motion360™ program, or similar program (either as a stand-alone non-profit, or as a program within an existing Foundation). This shall support our wounded soldiers and the disability and rehab communities with adaptation of the Jake™ and its technology to their needs in outdoor independence.

We thank you for joining with us in this challenging program
